Doggie Boat Shipping Policy Statement
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, as we are a mobile (floating) business, we cannot always guarantee to be near a Post Office or Shipping Agent.
Normally, any order placed by 11am on a working day will be dispatched the same day, although we do need to reserve the right to despatch the next working day if circumstances dictate. Whenever possible, we will try to turn around orders received later than this on the same working day. However, there will be times, especially during the current pandemic, that this may not be possible.
In general, shipping of orders is by 2nd Class Royal Mail Tracked. Occasionally, we may use MyHermes or CollectPlus (depending on area). Note: It may well be possible for you to collect directly from us if we are in your area (see our location to see where we are).
Because we cruise on some days, this does mean there may be times that (as stated above) we cannot ship your order as quickly as we would like. However, we know that you rely on us for your Doggie Treats, so we do try and plan our moorings and cruising carefully.
Southern Ireland
We now offer shipping to Southern Ireland at a Flat Rate of £15.00. Please note that any additional Customs Duty and/or VAT that may be incurred will need to be paid by the customer on import in addition to the cost of the order. The Doggie Boat is not registered for VAT in the UK.
Important Note:
Although you will normally receive your delivery in 2-3 working days, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order. This allows for any problems resulting from staff shortages, etc, the couriers might be experiencing.

You will receive an automatic notification from our ordering system when your goods have been packed and a further notification once they have been despatched. This email will inform you of the shipping method, along with a tracking number. You can use these links below to track your order:

Note: Dog ID Tags are sent direct from the supplier and postage costs are included in the price.
We try our best to make our shipments as environmentally friendly and responsible as possible. Therefore, we reuse boxes and packaging that have been used to send goods to us wherever possible. Whilst we may reuse plastic packaging that has been sent to us, as far as possible we try to avoid purchasing plastic packaging. We are, however, finding it quite a challenge to source cost-effective environmentally friendly packaging suitable for some of our shipments. We do use purple plastic shipping bags for some orders. These are 100% recyclable, although we are trying to source non-plastic alternatives. If you have any ideas, please let us know!
