Chewing and gnawing is a very normal part of a dog’s life. It helps relax them and improves their mental health as well as cleaning their teeth.

Air dried, not baked or roasted, these are a delicious and nutritional long-lasting healthy treat for your dog and do not break into harmful splinters.

They are the best of both worlds! Because they are Air Dried, they do not class as a “Raw” food, and are therefore are totally suitable for any dog. However, they are suitable for those who prefer to feed their dog on a Raw diet as they have not been cooked.

The Air Drying process destroys all the harmful bacteria, but retains the nutritional value.

They are hypoallergenic, as Ostrich is a protein not commonly found in traditional dog’s food. This makes it perfect for dogs with allergies and/or sensitive stomachs. Naturally rich in nutrients, they are high in protein and low in fat.

The structure of these Dino Ostrich Bones is different to that of traditional Marrow bones, like Beef or Lamb. The Ostrich Bone has a hollow honeycomb centre.

The bone itself is also much less likely to splinter or break into sharp shards due to the unique composition of the bone.

As your dog chews on it, it may crumble into highly digestible small particles as well as some larger pieces.

Although normally safe for your dog to chew on, we do advise that (as with any other bone) you use your discretion and dispose of any pieces that may be of a size that could potentially get stuck in your dog’s throat.

Naturally honeycombed, they are not only light, but they float. Ideal for dogs who live on canals! Also, because they have been Air Dried, they do not class as raw, so are 100% safe.
